Conversation

We start with a conversation and a look at the site or plan. Nothing is drawn until the brief, the constraints and the budget range are on the table.

Concept options, plans and 3D views, reviewed with you and revised. The direction is signed off before any detailing begins.

Working drawings, joinery details, material and finish schedules, services coordination and quantities — the set a contractor can build from.

Site visits, vendor coordination and quality checks through execution, up to handover of the finished space.

Typical durations, drawing lists and payment stages are set per project.
